What are they claiming?

Luxury?

Convenience?

Social justice?

What language are they using?

What aren’t they saying?


👉 This shows you how to craft a message that actually cuts through.


3. Analyse Their Offers, Not Just Prices


Are they selling one-size-fits-all? Are they undercutting the market? Are they bundling for value?

👉 You don’t have to be cheaper. You have to be smarter.


4. Observe Their Weaknesses


Crappy customer service? Slow delivery? Overused influencer marketing?

👉 Their weakness = your window of opportunity.
