When one thinks of a Southern Highlands winter, frosty mornings, hot chocolate, open fires and a damn good pinot come to mind (i’m looking at you, Tractorless Vineyards!).

Throw in a few long, lazy lunches, a stroll through Green Lane and perhaps even some house hunting, and you’ve got your perfect Southern Highlands Winter Weekend.

Until recently, we thought that couldn’t be topped, but then we met Kara Zmatiq and saw the Queen live in action. Kara Zmatiq (AKA marketing guru and entrepreneur Braeden Rhys) is Australia’s only live singing drag queen, which kind of makes her the best at what she does. And, she’s about to set this winter alight, with her sold out Cirque de Soleil inspired extravaganza, Dressed to Chill, at Centennial Vineyards Restaurant on 18 June, 2022.
